Why is it that many people have the idea that a healthy diet is key to staying younger? I have seen that over and over again from various sources online and in books. But this doesn't mean that it works, and this isn't the best advice on longevity that I've found. I have found that there is a lot more to aging than just eating less and exercising. Many of these products aren't really helping people stay younger. If it doesn't work, why bother? For a lot of these products, you can buy them and eat a ton of it. But it will not help you stay younger, and it may make you old. It's important to know that what you are eating affects the body differently. The type of food that you eat will affect how your body responds to the products. You might eat some food that will make you feel good but will also give you a high sugar, high fat, or low fat diet. That food will also affect the body in a way that isn't good for you. If you want to stay young and have a good skin, that is good. You need to eat the right food.
